Пишут, что запрос не обоснован - они вообще не поняли мы хотим заниматься и ещё им более детализированый запрос нужен

Моя мысль такая, что надо ещё раз (два ;))
подать Заявку.
Продумать Заявление, пообсуждать,
Сделать ссылку на Этот Текст, который мы опубликуем на Этом Сайте ..
Можно подключить Основателей ХООПС.Орг (от нашего имени :))
Знаю несколько случаев, когда обращались на СФ - никогда не отказывали..
Возможно Правила стали Строже ?

Вот черт. Чего-то им не нравится. Не хотят хостинг под проект давать. А их Sourceforge Enterprise Server я нигде найти не могу. Придется на коленке делать :(. Ну ладно, не беда. Кстати сегодня ночью начал делать 100% качественный хак по автологину (затрагивающий вообще всю инсталляцию ксупса) - пока что остановился на переменной конфига.
Короче вот цитата ответа из сорцфорга, если у кого есть мысли - пишите будем пробовать пробить:

Once your support request is received, a member of the SourceForge.net team will review your project registration. If you are not sure why your project has
been rejected, please submit a support request and ask; we'll be glad to justify this initial rejection.
