custom freelance module for Xoops V2.0.10 CMS.

We want to use this module so that our members can post new projets/services/products/jobs...

This module must use the groups that are already setup on xoops (Anonymus, basic members, premium members).
- Anonymus dont have access to the module
- Basic members can only view post
- Premium members can view, post and bid
- Users can suscribe to a category
- Get notified on new posting or bids
- setup deadlines
- close post when finished
- add custom forms (company information, picture, pricing, delay, other requirements...)
- Have featured items block on main page
- Latest items block
- Review the seller
