Помогите с файлами

Обьясните как загрузить на сервак,файл,вот я непойму куда в папку со своим файлов качать файл,тоесть у меня например .
C:\WebServers\home\14.ru\www
Куда файл пускать,чтоб потом с компа на сайт загрузился..
Помогите срочно..
