FAQ Management system.

Faq Manager is now a 'real' Xoops module unlike the previous version, can be install through Xoops admin and does not use an install script anymore.

1, Features a nice easy interface that user can follow.
2, Has multiple Catergories and topics with subsections.
3, Admin Area for complete control
4, Has a template feature that is HTML based for easily changing the look and feel.
5, Xoops language files (Only certain phrases at the moment, but will update this)
6, HTML can be used within each topic, so you can link from one topic to another.
7, Very Very easy to use!

Important: If you have installed a previous version, please read the readme.txt regarding updating.
