Чем отличается от другого Файла в нашей секции Файлов - даже не знаю: скорее всего - это разработки (для XOOPS) разных Авторов...
Поэтому обе версии выложены для скачивания...

My_eGallery features:
- Support of pictures, audio and video files
- Ability to create, edit and delete media
